About Churi

Churi is one of the country’s top import and wholesale distributors of cosmetics, toiletries, and perfumes, having been in business for over forty years. Both marketing networks and the private market are among its clientele. Aside from importing world-renowned brands like L’Oreal, Unilever, Diplomat, Lilit, Guri, and others, Churi has also created over twenty private labels. This provides customers with the option to purchase high-quality products at affordable pricing.
Churi serves around 2,000 different types of points of sale, including private stores, cosmetics chains, restaurant chains, markets, and kibbutzim. Retailers and the country’s largest marketing networks are serviced by the company.

Creating a system from scratch

Churi is a well-known wholesaler of cosmetics, toiletries, and perfumes, but it operated in an outdated and offline manner before implementing Digitrade’s order management system solution. Customers couldn’t place orders on their own, had limited access to the company’s product line, and the catalog was only updated once a month.

Khoury used Cav Systems’ ERP system, which had already been loaded with all accessible products.

Without modifying the system’s foundation, Digitrade created a new B2B system that knew how to integrate with the existing system in a transparent manner and provide a product catalog, complete with buyer-friendly names and photographs. Digitrade’s B2B order management system keeps track of the products’ hierarchical structure and knows how to present them in a hierarchical structure of up to four levels. For example: Babies and children / Baby and children care products / Neca 7 / Kids shampoo.

Buyers can now navigate the site easily thanks to the precise hierarchical structure and the ability to search by product name, catalog number, barcode, or brand name. In addition to these details, the site knows the number of units in the package and the quantity in stock of the selected item for each product.

When placing an order through the system, you must first register and leave your details, which are then checked against the Cav Systems ERP system’s existing database of authorized clients. Payment and delivery terms are also uniquely determined for each customer. Customers can place orders themselves as soon as they obtain confirmation of their registration, while being exposed to a wide choice of Churi products.

The order management system at Digitrade incorporates a warehouse management system, which allows inventory data to be updated in real time. Digitrade registered users can make real-time updates to the product catalog.

Different logical platform for branches and franchisees

The Digitrade platform's innovative solution allows communication with both the existing ERP system and the Merlog collector system.

Different authorization groups, such as franchisees and branches, can be formed using the Digitrade’s advanced authorization management features. Each authorization group has independent work processes and a different interface that is revealed to them after entering and identifying on the site.

Franchisees, like other customers, can acquire an order management system. An order entered by the franchisee is received in the existing ERP system without connecting to the collector system.

When a person who is licensed and identified with the branches enters, he is given alternatives that are not available to the franchisee. The branches can order the transfer of items from the Marlog to the franchisees or branches by working in front of a collecting system at the logistics center.

With this split option, Bustan works with a single site and has dual functionality based on the user's identification.
